Our process can be broken down into the following steps:

Egg Donor Timeline

Step 1: Application and Interview (Approx. 3-4 Weeks)

First, you’ll fill out our online application. If you meet the initial qualifications, we will schedule a phone interview to educate you on the medical aspects of egg donation, help you create your profile, and answer all of your questions. Once complete, you'll be added to our secure donor database.

Step 2: The Match

Intended Parents will review profiles in our database. Once you are selected, we will schedule you for a comprehensive in-person medical screening with their IVF specialist.

Step 3: Medical & Psychological Screening

This crucial phase includes a psychological interview and a Personality Assessment Inventory (PAI). You will also undergo genetic evaluation (counseling and testing) and a medical screening that includes a vaginal ultrasound and FDA-required blood work.

Step 4: Legal Contracts

You are protected. You will be provided with your own attorney, paid for by the Intended Parents, to review all legal contracts. These must be signed by all parties before any medications begin.

Step 5: The Medication Cycle (Approx. 3 Weeks)

Once you are medically and legally cleared, you will begin a cycle of injectable medications. Throughout this period, you will be carefully monitored with appointments at a clinic local to you.

Step 6: The Egg Retrieval

The journey culminates with the egg retrieval, a minimally invasive procedure performed at the Intended Parents' IVF center (the same clinic where you had your initial screening)
